MOF Cuisine Finalists Announced, the Best of France’s Up-and-Coming Chefs

The Meilleurs Ouvriers de France competition, which occurs every three to four years (the last was in 2015), is now in its final stages. A competition that encompasses many métiers, from leather workers to graphic designers to cheesemongers, the most well-known of the so-called MOF competions is for chefs.

After passing preliminary rounds, the finalists, who will face off in November, have just been announced, among them former Top Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec (above). Here is the complete list:
