Sono Motoyama is an American journalist and editor who lives in the Paris region. She has worked for numerous publications, including the Philadelphia Daily News, Baltimore City Paper (as editor-in-chief), The New Yorker, Interview and others. She has written freelance articles for The New York Times Magazine, The San Francisco Examiner, Time Out/New York, The Christian Science Monitor, and Baltimore and Philadelphia magazines.
