Taste of Paris 2018 Back With 27 Fab Chefs

Taste of Paris 2018 is hitting the Grand Palais again this year — from Thursday evening, May 17 to Sunday, May 20 — with 27 chefs and a host of mini restaurants for Paris gourmands to test out. Top-name chefs and pastry chefs that are on the roster: Cédric Grolet, Anne-Sophie Pic, Christophe Michalak, Claire Heitzler, Frédéric Anton, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Guy Krenzer, Kei Kobayashi and on and on.

Stop by for lunch (from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.) or dinner (from 7 to 11 p.m.), shop for artisanal products, try being a food slinger during 45-minute hands-on sessions or discretely watch one of the live demos by top chefs. Tickets are 20 euros in advance, 25 at the door, or 70 and 80 euros respectively for “premiere” tickets. (Kids under 10 get in free.) Dishes will be priced between about 6 and 8 euros, with “signature” dishes priced at between 10 and 12 euros for a “taster size” portion.
